Huey Mack - Shame on ME (feat. 44phantom)

December 3, 2019

The title says it all. Huey Mack messed up a relationship and wrote this song about how he felt. A Pop/Hip-hop melody that so many of us can relate to. 'Shame on Me,' is one you'll definitely want to listen to over and over again.

Even though the song under the genre of Rap, the entire production is sung giving it a more pop sound. The record opens with an eight bar electric guitar riff leading straight into the chorus bringing out the energy and maintaining it up until 44phantom comes in. 44phantom sings at a higher tone than Huey Mack, giving the song a lot more depth.

Lyrics That Stick:

"fool me one, same on you

fool me two times I deserve, it I do

fool me three times, four times same on me

fool me five times I guess the blame on me."
